Sunrise Berry Farms took root as a small family Saskatoon Berry orchard planted in Southern Alberta in the summer of 1995. The dream was to have a small orchard which would provide the basis on which to grow a viable fruit processing and pie making business. |

With the assistance of the food scientists at the Alberta Food Processing facility in Leduc, Alberta, we developed premium quality pie filling, syrups and jelly. Overwhelming response at farmer's markets in Lethbridge, Millarville and Calgary soon forced us to open a provincially inspected facility in Lethbridge for processing fruit into finished goods. |
