Saskatoon Crumb Cake
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 pouch Sunrise Berry Farm's Saskatoon Berry Pie Filling
Mix first 6 ingredients as for pastry.
Spread 3 cups crumbs into 9 X 13 pan.
Pat crumbs to form crust.
Spread Sunrise Berry Farm's Saskatoon Berry Pie Filling over crust.
Crumble remaining crumbs over filling.
Bake cake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream, or cold with whipped cream.
